The interview was short and quick. They seemed interested but I was not sure. The manager was doing alot of stuff at front desk along with conducting the interview, which showed me that they needed the help.
The process was smooth and very personable. It was a single in-person interview with the Manager. The questions were standard, and at the end of the interview, I was given an offer.

Mainly on customer service and availability. It took about 30 minutes for a face-to-face interview. They ask you how you handle a guest, how you handle difficult situations with guests etc.

They have you fill out a paper application and then the ask you basic interview questions and if you can do certain aspects of the job. They ask what your desired pay is too.
