I did two rounds of interviewing, one with the hiring manager and one with an art director. Both were very friendly, casual, and open to discussion. The first round of interviewing throws you in roleplay scenarios to better understand what you would do in crisis situations. The second round is more casual, getting to know the company and art director. Overall a very pleasant experience.
