I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
2x 30-minute online live interviews.
Each with a member of relevant team (mine was Alternative Specialists). Options to hear more about the role and team, and general conversation about your motivation for BlackRock.
First interview very positive, enjoyed the conversation and they felt helpful. Second interview felt more judgemental and more 'trick' questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
3 x 30 min interviews on Zoom, all one on one, the first one was very situational, tell me about a time etc. The second one was similar but using specifically my CV. And then the last was an associate talking about his job, and wanted me to stop him and ask him any questions on anything he found interesting, and then I told him about myself and he asked questions about that (like follow up ones).
