Interview
Had a phone interview that went well, until I mentioned how much I currently make, which was above was they were looking to pay for the position. Simply put, they're not going to find quality people and retain them at what they are paying.
Phone screen, one-sided video interview (which was a new experience for me) followed by an onsite. Culture truly shines though in the interview and the entire process was very organized and represented a tech company well.
