Had a panel interview and was told the recruiter for the position would follow up. After repeated attempts to get information, I gave up. I understand an applicant may not be seen as a fit for a position, but have the professional decency of letting someone know they didn't get the job instead of ghosting a perspective employee.

How do you handle escalations and are you comfortable doing so?
One on one with recruiter, panel interview with current members of the team. Very conversational. Was asked to present and showcase demo skills. Typical CSM related questions, not a super serious setting.

I did 6 virtual recorded questions then I interviewed with the hiring Manager. It was more of an personal interview, which allowed me to share my experience and perspectives. The recruiting team is very communicative, and I have overall enjoyed my candidate experience.
