      Interview

I was invited to 3 interviews and then ghosted. But don’t worry I’ll be reporting this useless employee because as a hiring manager or HR why are you literally ignoring candidates? A complete waste of time

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Jun 2022

      Interview

Probably the worst waste of time ever. I cannot believe the unprofessional standards of the Bloomberg IT department. I was supposed to interview with 5 people but only got 3 people and one had to reschedule THE DAY BEFORE and that was an onsite too that I took off work for. I couldn't believe how disorganized the process was. The position was a glorified helpdesk role, in which I am way overqualified for (but their pay was high). Even if I was offered a position, I probably would've declined and my last interview that was onsite got rescheduled even though I took a day off work... I never thought I'd experience this from such a large company that treats their candidates like garbage. This was my first onsite since the pandemic and I really didn't need to be onsite. They tried to show me their offices too because one of the HM rescheduled their onsite, but I just wasted an extra 30 minutes of my life for no reason.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Jan 2022

      Interview

The 1st round was a phone screening, more of an introduction of the company and the role. The 2nd round was a Zoom call with two different individuals from the department. They went over the skills to see how one would fit with the company There was supposed to be the 3rd round, but I never heard back from them regarding scheduling one.
