Fairly standard interview process. After I applied there was a phone round and a panel round. The phone round was pretty casual and helped to get to know if the role was worth pursuing. Then the panel round was with a few people from different departments who asked me a round of questions.

I had one phone screening with Blue State Digital about a week after applying. The recruiter didn't really ask me any actual questions about myself, and mainly just explained the role and the company culture. I asked a couple of questions I had regarding the role and company, but once I ran out of questions the convo was basically over. It wasn't a negative experience but I didn't receive another round. My advice would be to have lots of questions ready and be prepared to fully carry the conversation.
