It was a group Interview with a manager. Various of questions were asked and each candidate had to answer. Then the ones that got picked stayed for a second Interview one on one.

Warm and friendly welcoming upon arrival. Was given paperwork to fill out and was interviewed in a personable manner with the manager afterwards. Was given a tour, had all of my questions answered and had the benefits and details of the job outlined very well. I was working at another animal hospital at the time, so in order to get hired I did have to let my previous manager know that I was interested in a position at BluePearl. They want to keep a good relationship with all of their referral hospitals so if a person leaving another position to work for BluePearl is going to cause a rift in that referral relationship, they need to know.
