Attended a hiring event and then was contacted by the coordinator asking for times to set up a formal interview. Then she ghosted me. I followed up a week later and still no reply. Super unprofessional.

Interview
Interview process was super in-depth; was shown all the high tech machines and gear used to diagnose health concerns during my interview/on the hospital tour. The manager who interviewed me was very professional and got back to me in a timely manner to let me know that they needed someone more experienced, but that they'd keep my resume as positions are always changing. Questions asked during the interview were not basic (what's your best quality, what's your worst, etc.)
