      Interview

Very comprehensive. The process covers a number of steps and you speak to a number of people. Recruiter Screen, speak to HR, speak to hiring manager, speak to a few higher level staff, and do a few assignments and mock presentations. The process does take a few weeks, in great part so you can be prepared when you do assignments, and the organization can really assess how invested you are in the job by putting in the effort to stick with it. The candidate really does get to "test out" the type of work you will be doing based on the assignments given to see if you will like it which is a great plus, and you get a great feel for the people and culture as you interact with a number of the staff you will work with. It left a great impression on the type of people there which helps to really get you excited about getting the position.

      Answer question

      Interview

he interview process was one of the best I've experienced. The whole process was incredibly transparent and moved quickly. From the very first call, they told me it would take two weeks and also told me each step of the interview process. I was never left wondering how I did after each step and was even given constructive feedback so I could prepare for the next step. I felt like my time and energy were respected.
