The interview process was a breeze, Ashley and Mouhammed both interviewed me and they didn't make me feel like i was being hounded, just talking like friends but asking interview questions. I was nervous walking into it but by the end it was a breeze.

Hiring process took a few days and involved interviews by several people. Each interview was one on one and involved the use of behavioral interview questions. They were typical interview questions that you would encounter for any job. Previous work as a dispatcher would definitely give you an edge.
