I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied on the Boeing website. I was invited to a hiring event for an interview about 2 months later. Interview questions are based on the STAR format. I was interviewed by two managers and they asked about 5 questions. I was invited for a second interview on site in Everett.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you contributed to the success of a project
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in May 2012
Interview
Had a face to face interview with 2 people. Questions followed the "Situation, Action, Result" model. Just prepare for the basic questions in that format. Interview felt more like a check to make sure my resume was accurate and that I could answer questions intelligently. Not difficult if you are prepared.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when diversity helped solve a challenging problem. What was the situation, your action and the result?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2015
Interview
After applying online, I received an offer to interview at the Boeing hiring event in Seattle. The interview was packed with people interviewing for what appeared to be just three job titles. Once you check in, they ask you to sit at a table. They call back interviewees a couple at a time and you enter a ballroom that has been coverted into interview hub with room dividers. There were at least 40 interview "rooms." Once in the room, you are interviewed by 2 people: a manager and an HR representative. The interview is standard behavioral questions: name a time, what experiences prepare you for this job, what would you do if... Interviews typically last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
