Prescreening and then an interview by an employee at BAH. Some technical questions but mainly personality ones. They will ask questions about your work experience and previous project work. They will ask questions to see if you are able to communicate properly and know basic concepts in the industry you’re applying for.

easy interview, know etl tools and basics of data engineering, sql python are a must. knowing aws is a plus. Databricks experience is recommended. Only one interview and the decision is made

Interview
Easy and fast. it took about a week and half from applying online to getting an offer. The technical interviewer were curtous. However, there seemed to be some disconnect between technial staff and local recruiter.
