After going through a pre-recorded introductory video and 3 tests spanning English proficiency, personality and work ethic, it was finally time for me to meet with the CEO, only for him to tell me that although my test scores were perfect and they wasted two weeks of my life on a series of interviews, he wouldn't be proceeding with my application because my strengths in large marketing engagements were not suitable for his smaller clients.
