1 phone interview + 2 onsite interviews total, in 3 weeks. They gave me a low ball offer (I later found another position with the same title from another company which offered me 30% more, aligned with market average pay.) Worst of all, they canceled the offer during the onboarding process. They suddenly went silent for 2 weeks. After several calls attempted, they called me and said their CEO found another person for the job.
