Four rounds: recruiter, hiring manager, technical exercise, and then a final presentation. Instructions and a mentor are provided to help prepare for the presentations which is nice. Asked to learn about the product and present it back to the experts which is nerve-wracking!

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you had to go above and beyond in your role? What did you do and what was the impact?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Box (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Lengthy interview process with several individuals, but each one brought something valuable to the table. By the time I was done, I felt I had a great feel for the culture and direction of the company. Well worth the time investment.

Question 1
What does a typical day look like as an (X) in your current role?
A lot of the questions were specific to my experience in the job I was in at the time. They also asked several questions regarding my understanding of Box, which opened the door to some great discussion
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Box in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied on line, took 1 week to hear back. Had preliminary interview with the sales recruiter. A few days later had an interview with the first line manager and the the Sales VP the following week. All interviews went well. My location vs. posting seemed to be the only issue. After about 2 weeks I heard they went with another candidate. Hopefully something will work out in the future.
