Interview
The interview process was a little lengthy but it was worth it because Bozzuto is very selective of who they bring on board! They really dive into knowing what additions you may bring to this company and want to make sure that the potential new hire is the right fit for joining the Bozzuto family.

Interview
The interview process took about a month. I completed a phone screening at first with a recruiter who was absolutely incredible. She had a friendly and positive aura that radiated through the phone. She went over the job description and my resume and asked standard questions. Next I had an additional interview with a Regional Manager who asked more technical questions related to the job. She seemed very knowledgeable about the company and the role. Lastly, I interviewed with the Property Manager and was offered the role. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview process but the team kept me up to date the entire time. Be prepared to provide at least 5 references. I am excited to start my role with Bozzuto!
