Interview
Apply. They will send you a video app you need to complete on a video to answer how you would sell in real life, ( they also use this to determine if you are attractive enough to fit the brands needs) They will have someone call you to scout you and ask more questions. Then you move onto the hire processs one on one.

They asked about my prior sales and customer service background.
They asked me a lot of questions. She’s was very nice and easy to talk to, great conversation. I really liked them. I loved their energy and I would love to work in the environment they told me about. Seems like a great company to work for.
it was very smooth and quick. I applied and got reached out after 1 one, and got offer after 2 weeks of interview. Michelle was very sweet and made it easy throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process is very long. You must keep reaching out to them so that they don’t forget about you with all of these candidates. After each interview ( there are 3 ) they don’t reach back out till 2 weeks later. I personally believe it’s worth the wait, but that all depends on your current situation. If you are looking to transition immediately i recommend you apply elsewhere.
