It was fine. I met several levels of people during my interview process. I was asked questions about my career goals and experience. I did not meet with all levels of experience. Company was very small at the time. Interview process was simple and clear.

First HR sets up a thirty minute video interview and then if you pass that the hiring manager sets up a phone interview to ask specific job related and scenario style questions. Overall the process is very organized and next steps are explained very clearly. At the end of each round the candidate is given time to ask questions.
