Painless. It's a two step process where you first meet with the Supervisor and another colleague. After that you'll meet again with an additional supervisor to discuss more the job more in depth and discuss possible scenarios you might encounter. Everyone is very easy going and easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. Many of the employees have been around for a long period of time, which speaks highly to the organization and the work they do.
