The interview process was smooth, and proceeded very quickly after I applied. From submitting my application to receiving an offer, the process took less than 3 weeks. I had a series of phone and in-person interviews with members of the marketing team. I was treated very well throughout the entire process and was really impressed with how I was treated as a candidate.

Long and unpleasant- I gave multiple ideas, I created a whole document with ideas to update their website. They took these ideas, implemented them, and did not hire me. Just a warning for those interviewing.

Interview
The interview process was drawn out longer than a month. I did three phone interviews, provided writing samples, completed a writing exercise, came in for an in-person interview that included a fourth phone interview, and multiple in-person exams. Applying to BE was an unpaid full-time job itself. They never once showed consideration for me or my time, which is reflective of how the company operates. The whole thing was very startup culture with what they expect of you and will take from you.
