Broadridge Mainframe Testing interview questions

I have attended 3 rounds of interview ,the final one was with the Director of the Project and after that I did not get any response , then I enquired the HR and he told me the feedback that my profile is not suitable for the position. I don't know why they realized it after 3 rounds as initially they mentioned was "You did very well and we need your profile for the position " . Similarly happened with my colleagues as well.
