I applied online. I interviewed at Broadstreet in Feb 2025
Interview
A few rounds, of questions. Said they would be in touch in a week, they were not. Followed up and got ghosted twice, a bit unprofessional. Two roles were advertised, one below my previous position and one the same. They made it clear they would prefer me to start as an intern and therefore take a career step back as well as large pay cut but maybe the other role had been filled. The structure of the company appeared to keep you in one speciality without bridging across- I could be wrong but this was the impression I was given.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Broadstreet in Dec 2024
Interview
Overall was a good process with great communication from the HR end who kept me up-to-date regarding my status in the process. Went through two rounds of interviews which asked about my experiences (academic and professional) and my style of working and time prioritization.
