A brief timed exercise involving reading over three abstracts and being asked to identify the important concepts and substances being studied

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to have a phone screening. The phone screening went well, but the subsequent phone screen with the hiring manager demonstrated that I might need more experience but was willing to move forward. I was contacted a week and a half later to get dates for an in-person interview, but was never contacted again. The position has been reposted without a single word sent my way. Overall, a very disappointing interview process that could use some more respect and clearer communication for the candidate.
