Interview
Conducted two phone calls and then a panel interview with three members of the team. Being a new position, there was a lot of room to work in my experience. We discussed my background and what would be required in the first 90 days of employment with the company. Altogether, I was very impressed with the experience.

Interview
Interview process was a pre-call with the senior recruiter for 20 min. Regular profile related questions.
Second interview was for an hour with hiring manager and the team lead. Questions were very general and encouraging. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable, asked questions related to the role and were interested in the results achieved. Not allot of technical questions, probably because of my background and experience, the interview was more focused to what to management want to achieve and my role would be.
Overall very happy.

2 Meetings, one phone and one in person interview. Process was very quick and led to an offer. Ultimately, I got a good sense of what the job entailed and knew the needs before taking the job.
