Contacted for Phone Interview, then was requested to come in for Face to Face Interview. This company will say anything to get you in for a face to face interview, including giving inaccurate information on the availability of actual positions with their clients. Recruiter was inexperienced, and couldn't tell the difference between an entry level candidate and a senior level candidate. I had specifically asked her during the Phone Interview if they had any positions available at the Management level, as I had applied for a posted Management Level position. I was assured that they clients looking for Management candidates. When I got to the Face to Face Interview, I found out that all they recruiting for were entry level and low level positions. Typical bait and switch. I was told to follow up with THEM when future Management positions were posted, but when I did, they didn't bother to respond to my communications. They apparently don't check their candidate database before posting position, they want to you follow up with them. Total waste of my time.
