      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CHEP (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2020

      Interview

Quick phone screen by HR and then brought in for an in person interview. Scheduled for two 45 minute interviews with two individuals each. The first 45 minute slot both people were there. The second 45 minute session one person was nowhere to be found. The other was remote and dialed in to the conference room and began asking those ridiculous behavioral questions that pertain to nothing. Those questions are for people who have no clue how to interview. Overall a pretty silly process and I left not really having a good opinion of the leaders in the department, nor the company.

      Interview

Recruiter reached out to me. Phone interview went well then was brought in. I said that “I can learn a lot from this guy” and they thought it was too informal for an interview. Meanwhile the guy is wearing jeans. Maybe they should try to dress professional, if that’s all they care about it.
