First interview was over the phone with the recruiter-she was SO nice and really made me feel comfortable even though I was a little nervous. Second interview was a two-part in-person interview with two of the creative members of the Email Marketing team, and then a second one with two of the technical members of the Creative Marketing team. Everyone was very nice and informative, they made you feel very comfortable.
