Walked the floor, explained day to day activities, interviewed with director, managers, and peers. Told about scheduling, PTO, and team nursing. They wanted to really know you, wasn't like they treated you like just another applicant.
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
