I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CITYMD (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Submitted application on Indeed. Recruiter reached out to me 2 days later to complete application on summit website and plan a time for the phone interview/screen. Very easy screen just must have good availability and know how to answer standard interview questions. Same day after the interview a hiring manager from the site reached out to me asking me when I would be available for an interview Had the interview 3 days later. Went well imo. Got a callback from recruiter next day later in evening. I missed his call but he said he wanted to "Follow up" on the interview in the voicemail. Called back with a job offer! Started 2 weeks later with training. Very straightfoward process, probably 1 week between application and job offer. For interviews just look confident .
I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.

Interview
They got back to me relatively quick. I had a phone screen followed by an on site interview.
It was very conversational and everyone was super nice. Pretty easy and straightforward process overall
You screened by a recruiter first and then do an in person interview. They ask you to tell them about yourself and some behavioral questions like tell us about a time when you were working in a group and someone wasn't pulling their weight.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
