I briefly interviewed with one of their recuiters on the phone then within a week interviewed with four of the department heads in one afternoon. They followed up a few days later with an offer. The process was quick and easy. I found the process pleasant and the managers were professional and polite. Be prepared to ask alot of questions since you will be sitting down with alot of people.
