The interview process was structured into three distinct stages.
It began with an HR debrief, where my background, experience, and overall suitability for the role were discussed. This stage focused on understanding my career journey, motivations, and alignment with the organization’s culture.
The second stage was the technical round, which concentrated on assessing my subject matter expertise and problem-solving abilities. Here, I was presented with role-specific scenarios and technical questions designed to evaluate my proficiency and practical approach.
The final stage was another HR round, aimed at discussing role expectations, organizational fit, and next steps in the hiring process. This stage also provided an opportunity to address any final queries and to understand more about the company’s values and work environment.
