Two over the phone conversations (Screening and Interview), then an in-person interview just to make sure that the chemistry was there. Overall, a really quick and decent process. Management personnel were knowledgeable about their local business, and honest about the challenges. Wish I could have accepted, but could not, due to personal issues.
