1. "AI" Interview, which consisted of two 3-4 minute long video responses to 2 questions (where you get one re-record, but you have to go with the second recording) and a series of short multiple choice/short answer questions about eligibility. I was not thrilled about the AI, but it was just a video recording, and there was no indication that it wasn't also viewed by humans because I did everything "wrong" for AI (didn't maintain great eye contact with the camera, totally flubbed the first question because I didn't realize I couldn't pick between the recordings, etc.) and I still made it through to the next round. 2. Panel interview with three Senior Managers of the Product and Regulatory Approval Group for ~1 hour. The interview was very standard, they clearly had a set list of questions they asked every candidate, it was conversational, not intimidating at all. I wouldn't say it was any different from any other zoom interview I've done over the last few months. They let me know they were only doing the one "real" interview and that they'd reach out in a couple weeks if I got the job. 3. And that's it, they called with an offer 2-3 weeks later. Very painless. No extra assignments, "culture fit" "interviews" with potential peers, no talking to the CEO who you will never interface with ever again. Very easy.
