I was contacted the next day for an “interview”. Was told it would be teams so we could see eachother. I had my camera on and the interviewer did not. I was told I would hear back from someone in the begining of the following week to schedule a second one. A week went by and nothing. I sent a follow up email with questions to my recruiter the day of the interview and I was ignored for a week. After a week I reached out AGAIN and received no update as to where I was with the process. Finally a month later I advised I received a job offer and Brooke said they were still in the process of interviewing other candidates. Very unprofessional and little communication. Very unimpressed.

Intense 3 part interview. Phone, in person with HR, in person with UW team. Met CEO and his wife. They want to hire the right people to mesh well with their company and goals. It was intensive and plenty of unusual questions.
