The interview was conducted fully online and was incredible difficult and impersonal. Though they had real people read the questions it still felt very unauthentic and nothing like a real interview.

I applied and filled out an application online. They sent an email to get my availability and set up an interview, and I had an interview over the phone. The process was really smooth and the person I talked to on the phone was lovely.
