Appalled and shocked at their unprofessional recruitment process. Offered the job and then retracted it over the phone saying due to high sickness (protected) then backtracked and said because of only receiving one reference when i had supplied an additional one within the week - they never contacted. Awful way to treat candidates and clearly by inexperienced leaders who lack basic ethics and compassion. Did not address my complaint properly. Won’t be applying again. Something more going on here.
