Interview process consisted of multiple reviews with both direct manager at the Community as well as the District Manager. It's is a very good process that is set up so that they will get a feel for you, and you will get a feel for the company and culture. They are not interested in convincing you that Camden is great because it immediately shows in their presentation, the atmosphere within the community, and by the way they speak in general.
