Interview
The process consisted of a total of eight interviews. This seemed excessive for the role being applied for. The questions were mostly scenario based and there was a degree of repetition throughout the eight interviews.
Unfortunately, my experience with this company was less than satisfactory. The interview process seemed endless, with too many rounds and no clear structure. It felt disorganized and left me feeling uncertain about the company's direction.
Moreover, I observed that many employees had been with the company for a long time, which could have contributed to a sense of complacency and resistance to change.
Overall, my impression was one of frustration and disappointment. I would caution others to carefully consider whether this company's culture aligns with their values and career aspirations before committing to a role.
