The whole Interview process is just a hype, asking all different level of questions 2- job fits, 2 Behavioral, 1 Case and Online Test - Going through 4 hours - Non-Stop. Just making us into a stressful situation.

I don;t see any Real Time Project related technical questions. They come completely unprepared. Going through some Standard unrelated Questions.
