I applied through my school's career resource center and was selected for the on campus interview session. The interview consisted of a past case study and lasted for approximately 30 minutes. After the case study the interviewer asked if I had any questions regarding the position/company in general. Those who pass the first round are invited to the second and final round at the headquarters.

Interview
Spoke with recruiter at university career fair. Was sent an IQ test, followed by a 1:1 case interview at the university. Case was relatively easy, interviewer was very helpful. Received an email a few days later inviting me to interview at Richmond for final round. They flew me out the night before and scheduled a dinner with other candidates and 2 employees that worked in the position we where interviewing for. Interview day consisted of 2 cases and 1 behavioral before lunch. The cases where more difficult then the campus case but still very manageable. Behavioral was nothing new, standard questions. After lunch i was asked to stay for 1 additional case. The final case was by far the hardest. Received an email a few days later stating that they would not be moving forward with me. All in all it was a great experience.
