First you start off with a phone interview and a week later I was called to do an in person interview. At that point I met with two Managers as they interviewed me at the same time. The next week I came back for a second interview where I had to take a drug test and interview with two more managers.

The interview process at Carmax is Long, and a lot of questions to find out what type of person you are, personal questions, and also situation question like scenarios on “how would you handle this at your old job”

It was nice and straight forward and the interview process was fast and they ask alot about your experience they are very understanding and confronting you need to be socal and not nervous
