The interview was a good process. This was a relatively easy interview process. Had around 3-4 total interviews before an offer. Overall very good experience. The questions were very straight forward and made sense for the role and for what the company does.

Interview
During one of the training boot camps the instructor mentioned a stat that around 60% of the company is hired through referrals. I have some great co-workers who were referred and told me they only had three rounds of interviews and one of them was the initial screening call from the recruiter. Mine was a bit lengthier with 3-4 calls with the initial recruiter before my final 2 interviews with the team and director.

Question 1
What is Carahsoft’s role between the government and vendors?

Interview
Phone call interview that lasts 10 minutes. It was strange because it wasn't questions about my talent, but more so about whether I had offers elsewhere and what places I'd been applying to. I did deny that I've been receiving offers, which I suggest anyone do because what a strange thing to ask. Anyway, that ended the conversation, and I was supposed to wait for the supervisor, but they never contacted me. Then eventually they did plan to set an interview, but then cancelled it with no rescheduled date. Overall, I didn't feel great about the company, especially with this behavior and the questions asked during the interview.

Interview
Interview process took about a month. Interview was not hard, but extensive. Had probably five or so meetings/calls with the recruiter before an actual interview. Then had a virtual group interview with 4 project managers.
