Interview
Initial in person interview, followed by an online audition. Once selected you are given materials to study for two weeks at home. There is this an entrance exam to begin the training. Following two weeks of intense training will skilled and seasoned instructors you are given a written exam focusing on anatomy and a final certification class which clients attend and is open to the public.

Interview
Brief, positive the interviewer was curious to know about my background, experience, hobbies, personality, and was eager to know what i would bring to the table. It was an overall pleasant, conversational interview.
