The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Career Group Companies
Interview
Waste of time. Spent a good amount of time filling out paperwork and meeting with them. I was under the impression they would easily find a temp or contract position for me. Never heard from them after that first meeting.
All correspondence was through email. I did a Zoom interview with one person. Next was an in person interview with three people. Everyone was very responsive and the process was relatively quick.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Career Group Companies in Sept 2021
Interview
a recruiting coordinator reached out and scheduled a prelim phone interview with her, followed by a 15 minute call w/ the SVP directly after.
A week later they asked for me to have a phone interview with the EVP... the call honestly felt sort of interrogative.
The following week, although I never heard back (i emailed and never got an answer) from the EVP, the SVP told me that they decided to fill the role internally.
I guess that's fine considering the pay was really low.
Phone call, asked your basic career interest and introduced you the company and the role. I talked to the EVP of NYC directly. It is just a brief phone call and someone will send you the job description (I was interviewed for the internal position)
