I had a two-step interview process that lasted a total of about forty minutes, each step focusing on either a behavioral or a technical aspect. The interviewers were very friendly and provided me with a lot of information about the role I was applying for, as well as the company itself.

One of the questions they asked me was to describe a situation where I had to deal with a difficult customer and how I handled it.
Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.

Multinational team with high level of professionalism, Position was made to sound amazing, I was disappointed at the final decision only.
