Carolina Housing interview questions

The interview was with a community director and a current RA. It mainly included scenario questions of how I would solve certain situations like roommate conflicts. Also questions about how I would help meet Carolina's housing mission. Finally, of course questions about why I want the job

It was a short process, with a panel of a few full time staff members and a few student employees. They asked for my resume at the start, then sent invites for in person meetings.
