The interview process was easy enough. I had a one on one with the lead and toured the facility. You will be working with the smartest people in the plant, so you will want to come off as educated as possible in all aspects. The biggest contributor is probably past experience and education level. You will be compensated more with a higher degree from college.

It was very brief. I was hired on the spot after talking about my schooling and previous experience.
