I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Catalina (Boston, MA) in Apr 2014
Interview
This is for a small company that had been recently bought by Catalina, and were still operating somewhat independently. They had a posting on my university job board and I applied through the contact given. No phone screen, went in and met with three people separately. First was them telling me about the position and the work I would be doing and asking related question of how I would go about doing it. Second was basic programming exercises, nothing too difficult. Third was more personality, was asked about my previous experience and the typical behavioral questions.

Question 1
Typical behavioral questions, programming exercises. ex. is x a prime number
First was an interview with an HR person. This interview went really well.
The second interview was pretty terrible. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. The hiring manager was 9 minutes late cutting an already short interview even shorter. The manager asked me how I felt about working noon to 8 as they work with offshore teams. The manager talked a lot about the position, then said there was only one minute left during the interview. I was never given an opportunity to ask questions regarding the position.
I applied for a developer position, but all the questions were Agile/SCRUM related questions, not technical questions. It was a very one sided slanted interview. The hiring manager was pretty self centered and borderline rude through the interview. This was not a two way interview, this was a very one way interview.

Question 1
How do you feel about working odd hours on a regular basis to communicate with offshore teams
