      Technical Account Manager Interview

      6 Jan 2017
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catchpoint (New York, NY) in Dec 2016

      Interview

The whole interview process was my most enjoyable interview process so far. I don't have a lot interview experiences but Catchpoint is hands down the best I ever had. After passing the phone screening, recruiter sent me a list of stuff I should go over before my next round, including some technical terms and the company history and what they do. Make sure you get all the answers prepared. After two phone interviews with team members I was invited to the NY office. Met the VP, team manager and two other team members. The HR team seems doing a really great job.

      Technical Account Manager Interview

      Anonymous employee

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catchpoint (New York, NY) in Aug 2015

      Interview

My whole interview process was quite pleasant. My interviewers were excellent in all respects: professional, encouraging, and genuinely trying to discover talents for the company. The first phone interview was perhaps by far the most technical I ever had with a recruiter. Many recruiters aren’t very technical, and I was thankful that this recruiter understood all my answers. The second phone interview was more technical than the first one, my interviewer was very clear about the questions asked and the answers he was looking for. I then had an in person interview where I got to meet three senior employees and one of the founders. A day after my in person interview, I received an offer. I was also invited to a company open bar picnic and free admissions at Central Park Zoo where I had a fantastic time interacting with CP's employers from all over the country. It seems like CP really invest in their people and nobody wants to leave the company. After this, I was completely sold. This company is in good hands. I cannot wait to be part of it.
